Instructions

  1. Let the butter soften and mix in the grated cheese. Dissolve the salt in the water and add, then stir in the sifted flour and knead everything into a dough. Let rest for half an hour.
  2. Shape the dough into finger-thick rolls. Cut small pieces from it, shape them into balls (the size of a hazelnut well). Bake with the pretzel iron.
  3. It should be about 80 pieces
