Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled egg, cooked ham, 100 g Gouda cheese, and chives into small pieces.
  2. Mix the cut ingredients with the natural cream cheese and herbed cream cheese, then season with pepper and curry.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the large Gouda cheese slices.
  4. Roll up each slice tightly and wrap in foil.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Unwrap and cut the rolls into slices.
  7. Top each pumpernickel round with a cheese roulade slice.
  8. Arrange on a platter and serve as finger food.
