Cut the cheese into thin strips and the ham into cubes. Cut the pickle into fine strips. Peel and dice the cucumber. Remove the core from the apple and cut the peppers into small pieces.
Mix the yogurt with 1/2 cup of cold water, the sour cream, the lemon juice and the horseradish. Finely chop the dill and add.
Season the sauce with the salt, pepper and sugar. Finally, mix the salad ingredients with the sauce and let it steep for 30 minutes.
