g cheese (Gruyère or, if necessary, Emmentaler)
g sausae (Cervelat or, if necessary, Lyoner)
pickled onion (s)
tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
teaspoon mustard, coarser
tablespoon mayonnaise (heaped)
tablespoon soy sauce
Cheese – Sausage – Salad Swiss Style
Cut the sausage and cheese into small cubes. Halve the silver onions. Mix all other ingredients, add cheese, sausage and onions and mix everything together. Arrange in a separate bowl. Let it steep for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Serve with toast or baguette.
