Ingredients
- 250 g cheese (Gruyère or, if necessary, Emmentaler)
- 250 g sausae (Cervelat or, if necessary, Lyoner)
- 15 pickled onion (s)
- 5 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, coarser
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (heaped)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- Cut the sausage and cheese into small cubes. Halve the silver onions. Mix all other ingredients, add cheese, sausage and onions and mix everything together. Arrange in a separate bowl. Let it steep for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Serve with toast or baguette.
