Instructions
- Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the pre-cooked spaetzle and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, spring onions, and diced ham or salami. Season with salt with herbs and pepper. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Scatter the grated Emmentaler cheese on top and let it melt for about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
