Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Fry the spaetzle for about 5 minutes, add the tomatoes, spring onions and ham / salami. Salt and pepper everything and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Scatter the grated cheese on top and let it melt.
  4. Serve immediately.
