Ingredients

  • 2 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 300 g tomato (s), small
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 500 g spaetzle, pre-cooked (wholemeal if you like)
  • 100 g ham, raw or salami, finely diced
  • some sea salt with herbs
  • pepper
  • 150 g cheese, rated Emmentaler

Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the pre-cooked spaetzle and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, spring onions, and diced ham or salami. Season with salt with herbs and pepper. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Scatter the grated Emmentaler cheese on top and let it melt for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
