Stir the butter at room temperature until foamy. Stir in the eggs and season with salt. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in as well. Fold in the milk, grated cheese and paprika powder. Bake the waffles in the preheated, oiled waffle iron.
For the paprika quark, mix the quark well with finely chopped onion, diced paprika, paprika powder, chives and milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
The bell pepper quark is eaten with the warm waffles.
