Melt the chocolate and put it in a paper bag. Cut off a small corner and draw a decoration on baking paper. For example, let the Christmas tree, stars, bars, harden in the freezer.
In the meantime, whip the cream, fold in the vanilla sugar and cream cheese. Add sugar if necessary.
Let the raspberries thaw, put a handful aside for decoration. Puree the rest, add the juice of half a lemon and sweeten with agave syrup or something similar.
Now chop up the biscuits and layer them alternately with the cream and the fruit in dessert glasses. Finish with a dollop of cream and decorate with raspberries and the chocolate ornaments.
