- 150 ml cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g raspberries, frozen
- some agave syrup
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 3 speculoos
- 100 g chocolate
- cinnamon sugar
- spice (s)

- Melt the chocolate and put it in a paper bag. Cut off a small corner and draw a decoration on baking paper. For example, let the Christmas tree, stars, bars, harden in the freezer.
- In the meantime, whip the cream, fold in the vanilla sugar and cream cheese. Add sugar if necessary.
- Let the raspberries thaw, put a handful aside for decoration. Puree the rest, add the juice of half a lemon and sweeten with agave syrup or something similar.
- Now chop up the biscuits and layer them alternately with the cream and the fruit in dessert glasses. Finish with a dollop of cream and decorate with raspberries and the chocolate ornaments.
