Dessert “Broken Glass”

A simpler version of the Broken Glass jelly dessert. Only sour cream jelly is being prepared, and marmalade and candied fruits are used as colored “fragments”.
Ingredients
- Sour cream – 0.5 l
- Cookies (jubilee or other sugar) – 3-4 pcs.
- Marmalade (multi-colored) – 100-200 g (to taste)
- Candied fruits (multicolored) – about 100 g (to taste)
- Gelatin – 20 g
- Water – 0.25 cups
- Sugar – 0.75-1 glass
- Round cookies (for the base of the dessert) – by the number of molds
Directions
- Pour gelatin into a saucepan, add water. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.
- Cut candied fruits into small pieces.
- Cut the marmalade into cubes.
- Cut the cookies into squares.
- Mix sour cream with sugar.
- Beat the sour cream with a mixer.
- Put a saucepan with swollen gelatin on very low heat and heat to dissolve the gelatin. Do not bring to a boil!
- Pour marmalade and candied fruits into sour cream. Mix.
- Also, add cookies. Stir again.
- Completely dissolved gelatin in a thin stream, stirring continuously, pour into sour cream.
- Pour the resulting mass into molds.
- Place round cookies on top of each dessert. Put the Broken Glass dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours (for the jelly to freeze).
