Ingredients
- 1 packet pudding powder your choice
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 300 g fruit your choice, cut into small pieces
- 1 pack cake topping
- 250 ml water
- 4 tablespoon sugar

- Cook the pudding powder with the 1/2 liter of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar according to the instructions on the packet.
- Then put the finished pudding in dessert glasses so that they are about half full. If you love pudding, you can fill the glasses a little more, but not to the brim.
- Spread the chopped fruit on top of the pudding.
- Then cook the icing with the 250 ml water and 2 tablespoons sugar according to the instructions on the packet.
- Put this on top of the fruit like a cake until the whole fruit is covered.
- Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer, until everything is nice and cool.
- We like to eat this dessert instead of cake and cake in summer to drink coffee, as it is light, fruity and chilled on hot days just the thing.
- Since the fruit is covered airtight by the cake glaze, it can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days and can therefore be prepared perfectly.
