Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, sugar and Baileys together well. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  2. Choose 2 decorative glasses (approx. 200-250ml capacity) and cut round circles out of the biscuit base with the glasses.
  3. First pour the mascarpone mixture into the glasses, then the fruit and finally the biscuit circle. Repeat this until the jars are full, making sure to finish with the cream and fruit. How much you get in depends, of course, on the lens. Just try.
  4. Chopped nuts or almonds are added as a decoration, depending on your taste. Chopped pistachios are sure to look nice too.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
