Ingredients
- 350 g cream cheese, also less fat
- 300 g yourt, 1.5% fat
- 5 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 biscuit (s), (whole grain butter biscuits)
- 1 cup spread, (fruit spread), raspberry or strawberry
- possibly raspberries, fresh, or berries your choice

- Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar together well. Crumble the shortbread biscuits and pour 2/3 of the breadcrumbs into glasses. Layer the cream cheese cream and a level tablespoon of fruit spread alternately in the glasses, then cool for 45 minutes. Pour the remaining biscuit crumbs over the dessert just before serving.
- The whole thing tastes even better with fresh raspberries (or any other kind of berries).
