Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar together well. Crumble the shortbread biscuits and pour 2/3 of the breadcrumbs into glasses. Layer the cream cheese cream and a level tablespoon of fruit spread alternately in the glasses, then cool for 45 minutes. Pour the remaining biscuit crumbs over the dessert just before serving.
The whole thing tastes even better with fresh raspberries (or any other kind of berries).
