Banana Pudding (Dessert in a Glass)

In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make a banana pudding (dessert in a glass) that resembles air clouds in consistency. A delicious and beautiful dessert that is easy to prepare!

Ingredients
- Flour – 20 Grams
- Milk – 300 Milliliters
- Yolk – 3 Pieces
- Cornstarch – 3 Teaspoons
- Vanillin – To taste
- Banana – 2 Pieces
- Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Dry biscuits – 1 Glass
Directions
- To begin with, separate the yolks from the proteins and beat with a mixer with sugar until they become firm foam. Then add the starch and flour in small portions, whisking constantly
- Next, mix milk with vanilla and heat over a fire so that the vanilla smells. When the milk has cooled slightly, add it to the yolk mass, whisking constantly.
- Next, put the mixture on fire and bring to a boil so that it becomes a little thicker. After that, cover it with foil and send it to the refrigerator to cool the mass.
- In the meantime, prepare the banana puree: stir the banana a little with a fork or blender. Add it to the cooled yolk mass and beat with a mixer. In the glass in which you will serve the pudding, pour the crushed cookies, add a few slices of banana and add the pudding itself.
- Decorate with mint leaves.
