Homemade Banana Pudding

You can make a delicious portioned banana muffin pudding in just half an hour. This banana pudding recipe is very simple, even a hostess who makes her debut in the kitchen will master it.
Ingredients
- Large banana (overripe) – 0.5 pcs. (or 1 small)
- Butter – 1 tbsp + for greasing the mold
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Wheat flour – 3 tbsp
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Milk – 1 tbsp
- Soda – 0.3 teaspoon
- Vinegar – 0.5 teaspoon
Directions
- Preparing the ingredients for the banana pudding. Take an overripe banana. Also prepare a small ovenproof baking dish. We turn on the oven in advance so that it warms up well.
- How to make banana muffin pudding:
- Melt the butter and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add the egg to the melted butter.
- Add sugar next.
- Using a mixer, beat the products.
- Knead the banana well with a fork. Transfer the banana puree to the resulting mass. Mix the ingredients with a mixer again.
- Now add flour to the banana mixture. Add slaked soda. Add milk and mix the ingredients again.
- We shift the resulting mass into a greased form.
- Bake the banana pudding in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. It is advisable not to open the oven door.
- The finished banana pudding has a porous, moist structure inside. Cool it down and serve it to the table.
