Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 40 g cornstarch
- 2 piece (s) banana (s), (approx. 00 g peeled)
- 120 g nouat
- n.a. sugar, 1-2 tablespoon

- Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork or in a blender.
- Cut the nougat into small pieces and mix in.
- Add a little milk to the banana nougat mash and mix in the starch.
- Bring the rest of the milk to a boil in a saucepan.
- When the milk boils and rises to the top, add the banana nougat mixture and bring to the boil for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Spread the still warm pudding on molds and let cool.
- The pudding is sweet enough in and of itself, but if you like it sweeter, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar to the nougat and banana mash!
