Ingredients
- 1.2 liters milk
- 3 packs pudding powder, chocolate
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet nougat, (200 g)
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- Cocoa powder and flaked almonds for decoration

- Mix about 200 ml milk and the custard powder with a whisk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk and sugar to the boil. Pour the pudding powder into the milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Take the pot off the stove and melt the nougat in flakes in the pudding. Stir in the hazelnuts. Let the pudding cool, stirring frequently so that it does not skin. Pour the pudding into a bowl and decorate with cocoa and flaked almonds.
