- 60 g nouat, nut
- 100 g brittle, hazelnut

- Make a kneading dough from flour, sugar, salt, egg and butter. Cut the nougat into small cubes. Remove marble-sized pieces from the dough, place 1 piece of nut nougat in the middle, seal the dough over it. Shape into a ball and roll in brittle.
