Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 150 g hazelnuts, round
- 1 egg (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
For the filling:
- 400 g couverture, (nouat)

- Make a kneading dough from the ingredients.
- Roll out the dough in small quantities and cut out small round cookies (works best if you put the dough in the fridge beforehand).
- Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 160 ° C / approx. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool down on wire racks.
- Dissolve the nougat couverture in a water bath. Put a generous blob on a round spot and place a second on top.
- Place on a wire rack again until the nougat is dry.
