Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 200 g mararine
  • 150 g nuts, round
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 200 g nouat
  • 10 g coconut fat
  • 100 g block chocolate, dark

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients except nougat, coconut fat and block chocolate into a dough, if it is too sticky, possibly add a little more flour or put the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out on a floured work surface and cut out cookies. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 7 minutes. The cookies shouldn`t get too dark. Then let it cool down.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the nougat and coconut oil in a water bath and stir well together. Now put some nougat mixture on the inside of a cookie and glue it together with a counterpart.
  4. Then heat the block chocolate in a water bath and dip the biscuits halfway diagonally in the chocolate. Let dry on a wire rack.
