Process all ingredients except nougat, coconut fat and block chocolate into a dough, if it is too sticky, possibly add a little more flour or put the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Roll out on a floured work surface and cut out cookies. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 7 minutes. The cookies shouldn`t get too dark. Then let it cool down.
Meanwhile, heat the nougat and coconut oil in a water bath and stir well together. Now put some nougat mixture on the inside of a cookie and glue it together with a counterpart.
Then heat the block chocolate in a water bath and dip the biscuits halfway diagonally in the chocolate. Let dry on a wire rack.
