Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coffee, soluble
  • 700 ml vodka
  • 400 g nouat - nut cream
  • 125 g suar, brown
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 250 g cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the coffee powder in a little vodka. Stir in the nut - nougat - cream, sugar, cinnamon, pulp of the vanilla pod. Slowly pour in vodka, fill into bottles, close. Let it steep for 2 - 3 days, shaking it from time to time. Lightly whip the cream, mix with the vodka and fill the finished liqueur into bottles (makes approx. 2 bottles of 600 ml each). Can be kept refrigerated for about 3 months.
