Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coffee, soluble
- 700 ml vodka
- 400 g nouat - nut cream
- 125 g suar, brown
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 250 g cream

- Dissolve the coffee powder in a little vodka. Stir in the nut - nougat - cream, sugar, cinnamon, pulp of the vanilla pod. Slowly pour in vodka, fill into bottles, close. Let it steep for 2 - 3 days, shaking it from time to time. Lightly whip the cream, mix with the vodka and fill the finished liqueur into bottles (makes approx. 2 bottles of 600 ml each). Can be kept refrigerated for about 3 months.
