Dissolve the coffee powder in a little vodka. Stir in the nut - nougat - cream, sugar, cinnamon, pulp of the vanilla pod. Slowly pour in vodka, fill into bottles, close. Let it steep for 2 - 3 days, shaking it from time to time. Lightly whip the cream, mix with the vodka and fill the finished liqueur into bottles (makes approx. 2 bottles of 600 ml each). Can be kept refrigerated for about 3 months.
