  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 g Nutella
  • 5 tablespoon amaretto
  • 50 grams sugar
  • Chocolate sprinkles, or chocolate shavings
  • Brittle (hazelnut)

Instructions

  1. You need 36 waffle cups.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, low-fat quark and sour cream in a bowl. Then add the nut nougat cream and amaretto. Sweeten with sugar at the end. Depending on your needs, more or less. Chill the cream.
  3. Do not pour into the waffle cups until just before serving, otherwise the cups will soften. Use either a piping bag or a garnish syringe for filling, preferably with a star nozzle. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings and / or hazelnut brittle on top as a decoration.
