Instructions

1. Put the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry in a bowl and knead well. Then line the bottom and the side walls of a springform pan with the dough.
2. For the filling, mix the quark, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla sugar with a mixer.
3. When everything is nice and liquid, slowly mix in the vanilla pudding powder.
4. Pour the filling into the springform pan.
5. Bake in the preheated (approx. 160 ° C) oven for approx. 70 - 80 minutes.
