Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g flour
- 75 grams sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
For the filling:
- 1 kg quark
- 250 g oil (sunflower oil)
- 275 g suar
- 3 packs custard powder, vanilla flavor
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 6 egg (s)

- Put the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry in a bowl and knead well. Then line the bottom and the side walls of a springform pan with the dough.
- For the filling, mix the quark, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla sugar with a mixer.
- When everything is nice and liquid, slowly mix in the vanilla pudding powder.
- Pour the filling into the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated (approx. 160 ° C) oven for approx. 70 - 80 minutes.
- Then let it cool down.
