Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (normal oven without convection).
Mix the first 7 ingredients. Then only add the low-fat quark and stir. Finally, carefully fold in the fruit and pour into a lightly greased springform pan (sufficient for both a 28 cm springform pan and a 26 cm pan).
Bake for about 70 - 75 minutes at 180 degrees on the middle rack.
