Instructions

1. Knead a shortcrust pastry from the specified ingredients and line a springform pan with it. Pull up an edge.
2. For the quark filling, put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well so that there are no lumps. Pour the quark mixture into the springform pan and spread the blueberries on top.
