Cheesecake with Blueberries and Sprinkles

Instructions

Knead a shortcrust pastry from the specified ingredients and line a springform pan with it. Pull up an edge.
For the quark filling, put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well so that there are no lumps. Pour the quark mixture into the springform pan and spread the blueberries on top.
For the crumble mix the flour and sugar and stir in the melted butter. Knead until you get crumble. Spread the crumble on the blueberries. Bake at 180 ° C for about 1 hour and then leave to cool in the oven.
