Instructions

1. Mix 100 g butter, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 egg, 180 g flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder together and make a dough. Put the dough in a prepared springform pan and distribute it evenly.
2. Then stir in the remaining ingredients for the quark mixture. For this purpose, 150 g of butter, 2 eggs, 180 g sugar, 500 g curd, 1 pack. Pudding powder 1 pack. Vanilla sugar and a little lemon zest mix with each other. Finally stir in 1/2 liter of buttermilk. Pour everything into the springform pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 1 hour at 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
