Soak gelatin in a kind of cold and leave until it swells.

We put in a mold, press down with a glass, and form the walls, do not make them thin, otherwise, they will crumble. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Whisk the chilled cream, then add the curd cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until a homogeneous creamy mass is formed.
The swollen gelatin needs to be melted (not boiled), put in the microwave for 10 seconds. Now pour it into the cream and mix so that the gelatin is distributed over the mass.
