I saw on Instagram that this particular cheesecake flashed everywhere without baking, I decided to try and it is divine, it just melts in my mouth. But do not repeat our mistakes with my husband and don’t eat two pieces at a time. it will be bad.

Soak gelatin in a kind of cold and leave until it swells.
Grind cookies in a blender, mix with melted butter.
We put in a mold, press down with a glass, and form the walls, do not make them thin, otherwise, they will crumble. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Whisk the chilled cream, then add the curd cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until a homogeneous creamy mass is formed.
The swollen gelatin needs to be melted (not boiled), put in the microwave for 10 seconds. Now pour it into the cream and mix so that the gelatin is distributed over the mass.
Pour the mass onto the cookie base.
I decorated it with chocolate, melted it in a water bath, and poured, but then it was not convenient to cut. Therefore, it is better to grate the chocolate and sprinkle it.
