Ingredients
Cookies – 200 g (the amount depends on the size of the mold)
Butter – 70 g + for marshmallows
Cottage cheese – 800 g
Sour cream – 150 g
Marshmallows – 500 g
Nutella chocolate spread (or any other chocolate spread) – for decoration
Prepare products for curd cheesecake without baking. Melt the butter.
Grind the cookies into crumbs.
Mix cookies with melted butter.
Place the cookies in a baking dish (lined with parchment paper) and tamp the cheesecake base well. Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, melt the marshmallows in a water bath. To do this, grease a bowl with butter and add a little milk so that the marshmallows are easier to melt and not burn.
Stir the marshmallows periodically in a water bath.
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and beat with a blender.
Remove marshmallows from the water bath.
Mix the marshmallows with the curd mass using a mixer until smooth.
Pour the curd filling into a mold on a cookie base and place the curd cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours until it solidifies.
