Instructions

  1. First, the biscuits are finely ground and then mixed with the melted butter. Now the biscuit mixture is pressed into the molds and the molds are placed in the refrigerator.
  2. The cherries are cooked in a saucepan with the sugar for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the gelatin is soaked. When the cherries are done, they are then mashed (if you want, you could pass them through a sieve just to preserve the liquid). Now the gelatine is stirred and stirred until it has completely dissolved.
  3. Mascarpone, crème fraîche, powdered sugar and lemon juice are mixed together and the cream is then spread on the biscuit bases. Then the molds are put back in the refrigerator.
  4. The slightly cooled cherries are now spread on the cream and the tartlets are placed in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Please make sure that you have a mat under the molds, as the gelatine releases some liquid and should not completely seize your refrigerator.
  5. These sweet tartlets are a real eye-catcher and are very easy to prepare! you will be
  6. prepared with biscuits of your choice and therefore do not have to be in the oven! The tartlets taste good
  7. delicious, creamy, light and fruity sweet. Have fun trying!
