- Preheat the oven to 175 °.
- Spread the cherries in a greased tart pan (I always use one made of glass).
- Mix the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla sugar and pour over the cherries.
- Place in the hot oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. After a cooling time of 10 minutes, sprinkle with the almond flakes and dust with powdered sugar.
- You can eat Clafoutis straight, with ice cream or with vanilla sauce.
