Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with 100 g sugar. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the cream cheese cream.
  2. Drain the cherries and place in a bowl. Spread the cream on top.
  3. Melt the butter in the pan, add the remaining sugar and almonds and fry until crispy. Let cool and spread on the cream.
