- Mix the Philadelphia, sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar together. Whip the cream very stiff and fold in. Drain the cherries very well.
- Layer alternately cream and cherries in a high bowl.
- Carefully roast the almond flakes in butter and sugar and spread on top of the cream. Chill the cream until serving.
- It has a few calories, but it tastes heavenly!
