Ingredients

  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 500 g cream
  • 2 glasses morello cherries
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • some butter
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the Philadelphia, sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar together. Whip the cream very stiff and fold in. Drain the cherries very well.
  2. Layer alternately cream and cherries in a high bowl.
  3. Carefully roast the almond flakes in butter and sugar and spread on top of the cream. Chill the cream until serving.
  4. It has a few calories, but it tastes heavenly!
