• 1 cup red fruit jelly with cherries, approx. 500 g
• 3 cups yogurt, Greek, 150 g each
• 2 cups cream quark, 50 g each
• 2 tablespoon sugar, as needed
• 1 packet cookies, approx. 50 g
• 1 packet biscuit (s) (brownies), approx. 50 g

Instructions

1. Mix the yogurt, quark and sugar in a bowl.
2. Crush the cookies and brownies in the food processor.
3. Layer the red fruit jelly, cream and biscuit crumbs in a glass bowl until all ingredients are used up.
