Instructions

  1. Mix 250 g flour, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg and 125 g butter into a kneading dough. Shape into 3 rolls with a diameter of approx. 3 cm on a little flour and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Work 75 g flour, almonds, 50 g butter, 50 g sugar and cinnamon with your hands into fine crumble.
  3. Cut the rolls into slices. Brush with cherry jam and sprinkle with the crumble.
  4. Bake at 175 - 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
