Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients well except for 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
  3. Line a medium-sized loaf pan with baking paper and add the dough. Spread the remaining chia seeds on the dough and press in gently.
  4. Bake on the middle rack at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. After baking, take the bread out of the mold and let it cool down on a rack.
