Chia Pudding with Berries and Coconut Chips Instructions

  1. Combine milk with chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt in a large container. To stir thoroughly.
  2. Leave on for 15 minutes. Then mix again, breaking the lumps.
  3. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for 8 hours (overnight). Can be stored for up to 1 week.
  4. Before serving, remove the pudding from the refrigerator, dilute with milk to the desired consistency. Top with berries and coconut chips.
