Instructions

  1. The evening before, put the chia seeds with the milk in a large bowl or a large mason jar and stir. Add honey and spices and let soak for 10 minutes. Stir it again and again.
  2. Put the pudding in the refrigerator overnight. Add the berries the next morning and enjoy.
