Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, and basil.
  2. Wash and drain the canned beans. Finely dice the fresh tomatoes. Mix the canned tomatoes with the fresh tomatoes. Squeeze the garlic clove into the mixture. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fold the beans into the tomato mixture. Put the mixture in a greased baking dish. Spread the chicken cubes on top. Sprinkle with fresh basil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / 392°F for 30 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C / 165°F.
