Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Pat the meat dry and cut into strips.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, fry the onions in it, then add the meat and fry. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Now stir in the tomato paste or ajvar and roast briefly, pour on the cream and cover the dish and let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.
