- Peel the onions and cut into rings. Pat the meat dry and cut into strips.
- Heat some oil in a pan, fry the onions in it, then add the meat and fry. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Now stir in the tomato paste or ajvar and roast briefly, pour on the cream and cover the dish and let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.
