Prepare the rice in salted water as usual. In a pan with oil, fry the half onion rings and the chicken cut into strips. Add the peppers and zucchini (half rings). Season well in between.
When the vegetables are good, add the mushrooms and corn to taste. Finally add the cream cheese and mix everything well.
Tip: Place a sieve on the saucepan over the boiling rice and pre-steam the peppers in it. This will soften it faster.
