Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry them in a little peanut oil over high heat. Then first add the carrots and cook with the meat for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Then let the peppers cook for 2-3 minutes as well. Finally add the spring onions and the sprouts and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Stir every now and then. Season everything with plenty of Chinese spices and deglaze with soy sauce.
Rice or a rice / wild rice mix is recommended as a side dish.
