Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s), roughly diced
  • 4 carrot (s), sliced
  • 1 bunch spring onions, sliced
  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 200 g bean sprouts, fresh
  • Spice mixture (Chinese spice)
  • Soy sauce, dark
  • Oil (peanut oil)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry them in a little peanut oil over high heat. Then first add the carrots and cook with the meat for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Then let the peppers cook for 2-3 minutes as well. Finally add the spring onions and the sprouts and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Stir every now and then. Season everything with plenty of Chinese spices and deglaze with soy sauce.
  2. Rice or a rice / wild rice mix is recommended as a side dish.
  3. For those who like it particularly spicy: A little sambal at the table is always good
